CGE Africa strengthened women’s capacity in mining communities to participate more effectively in natural resource governance. Women gained knowledge and practical skills to organize, advocate, and negotiate Community Development Agreements (CDAs), monitor mining activities, and engage government and mining actors on compliance and community priorities.
